About Seareal

A Queensland provider that actually shows up.

We started Seareal because we saw a gap between what NDIS participants were promised and what they were getting. Reliable support, consistent workers, and honest communication shouldn't be rare — it should be the floor.

Why we exist

The gap was never funding.

It was providers who actually show up. We built Seareal to fix that — particularly in regional Queensland, where reliable support is hardest to find.

Workers who want to be here

We recruit on values first, qualifications second. Train them properly, pay them fairly, give them backup when things get hard.

Communication that's actually two-way

You hear from us before changes affect your day, not after. Calls returned within one business day, every time.

Same workers, every time

Two or three regular workers per participant — not a different person every shift. Consistency is the whole game.

Our values

Three things, applied as operating principles.

Not slogans on a wall. Things we measure ourselves against, every shift.

Honesty

We tell you what we can and can't do before you sign anything. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and help you find someone who is.

  • No overpromising
  • Clear pricing upfront
  • Honest capacity advice

Reliability

Workers turn up when scheduled. If something changes, you know before it affects your day. We track attendance and check in regularly.

  • Same-day cover for sick calls
  • Live attendance tracking
  • Regular check-ins

Respect

Participants lead their own support. We follow your instructions, adapt to your routines, and never impose preferences about how you live.

  • Person-led routines
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Worker matching by preference
Day to day

What we actually do.

Four operational pillars, each with local staff and clear accountability.

Operations team

Scheduling, worker allocation, incident reporting, and plan compliance — all five regions, all the time. Local staff in each area who know the local services landscape.

Support workers

Personal care, household help, transport, community participation, life skills. Workers matched by location, skill set, language, gender preference and availability.

Coordination team

Standard and Specialist Support Coordination. Helping participants navigate options, resolve issues with the NDIS, and use plan funding effectively.

Plan management

Invoicing, payment processing, budget tracking and monthly statements. Invoices processed within five business days. Online access to spending records.

Registration & compliance

How we're accountable.

Code of Conduct

Operating under NDIS Code of Conduct. All workers trained in our induction program before first shift.

Mandatory Reporting

Serious incidents reported to the Commission within required timeframes. Complaints register available on request.

For coordinators & plan managers

Working with partners.

If you refer participants to us, here's what we commit to.

Calls returned within one business day

No exceptions. If you need an answer fast, call directly — we don't hide behind email queues.

Service agreements before service starts

Written agreements provided before any service begins, in the format your system requires.

Accurate, on-time invoicing

Invoiced in your preferred format and through your preferred channel. No reconciliation surprises at month end.

Notifications before changes

If a participant's support changes, we tell you before it happens — not in next month's invoice.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

Seareal is Queensland-based. We operate exclusively in Queensland — Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, and the Sunshine Coast. Not a national franchise, not a corporate provider. Our management and operations are based here.

Registered as an NDIS provider since the rollout reached Queensland. We've grown progressively across regional Queensland, prioritising areas where reliable NDIS support is hardest to find.

Yes. We support participants of all ages — including children and young people under Early Childhood Early Intervention pathways and participants under 18 with approved NDIS plans. Workers supporting children hold current Working with Children Check clearances in addition to NDIS Worker Screening.

Yes. We consider preferences around gender, language, age, and personality when matching. If a match doesn't work for any reason, request a change — we arrange it without requiring an explanation from you.

Local staff in each region we serve. Most initial meetings happen at the participant's home or a location of their choice. If you prefer to meet in an office, contact us and we'll arrange somewhere suitable in your area.
