Personal Care

Hands-on help with daily routines.

Getting dressed in the morning, showering, managing medication, preparing a meal — most people do these without thinking twice. For some NDIS participants, these tasks take more time, more energy, or more support. That's where Seareal comes in.

What personal care looks like

Personal care is about how support is given, not just what gets done. Workers learn how you like things, show up on time, and treat your home like your home.

Why Seareal

Why participants choose us.

Four things that aren't industry standard but should be.

Same workers

Two or three regulars per participant — not a different person every visit.

We answer the phone

Real people on the line, not call queues or IVR menus.

Local people

Workers based in the regions we serve — not interstate.

Honest fit-checks

If we're not right for you, we'll say so up front.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

Yes. While we can't always guarantee a specific worker on every shift, we work to match you with workers you're comfortable with and keep that consistency over time. If a match isn't working, you can request a change.

Your support plan is reviewed regularly and adjusts as your needs change. If your condition fluctuates or you have a hospital stay, we adapt your schedule accordingly. Significant changes may require a plan review with the NDIA.

Yes, where it's funded in your plan. Overnight and sleepover support falls under Daily Personal Activities funding. We can discuss whether this fits your situation.

Personal care is non-clinical assistance with everyday tasks like dressing, showering, and grooming. Nursing involves medical procedures and is provided by registered nurses under different NDIS funding. Seareal provides personal care — for nursing, we can refer you on.

Contact us by phone or through our website. We'll discuss your current plan, what support you need, and how we can help. If you're not yet an NDIS participant, we can point you toward the access process.
