Hands-on daily support to participants in their homes and communities — personal care, household routines, transport, community activities. Allocated to a small group of regular participants.
Help participants understand and use their NDIS plans, connect them with the right providers, and respond when something goes wrong. Mix of plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants.
Manage NDIS plan funds for participants — process invoices, track budgets, communicate with providers, and produce statements. Detail-focused, mostly remote with occasional in-person meetings.
First point of contact for new referrals. Process intake forms, schedule initial meetings, maintain participant records, and support the wider team with administrative tasks.
