Household Support

Help running your home, on your terms.

Some weeks the laundry piles up. Some weeks cooking from scratch is too much. NDIS household support is the practical help that keeps your home running when daily tasks are harder than they should be.

Why Seareal

Why participants choose us.

Four things that aren't industry standard but should be.

Same workers

Two or three regulars per participant — not a different person every visit.

We answer the phone

Real people on the line, not call queues or IVR menus.

Local people

Workers based in the regions we serve — not interstate.

Honest fit-checks

If we're not right for you, we'll say so up front.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

We work hard to keep the same workers on your roster. Consistent workers mean someone who knows where the vacuum is, how you like the sheets folded, and which surfaces need extra care.

Yes. Workers follow your instructions and adapt to your routines. If something isn't being done how you'd like, tell your worker or call us — we sort it without drama.

Absolutely. Plenty of participants have household support only. Funding categories are separate, and you don't need to bundle services.

We cover regular household tasks. Heavy spring cleans, deep carpet cleaning, and major home repairs are usually outside scope and need separate arrangements.

Common. Some weeks need more, some less. Talk to your worker about adjusting tasks within the same shift, or contact us if regular hours need changing.

Let's have a real conversation about your support.

No pressure, no sales pitch. Just an honest discussion about what you need and whether we're the right fit.
